Beetroot vitamin salad
We present to you a recipe for a real “vitamin bomb” made with fresh vegetables – beetroot salad, carrots and apples, which freshens and strengthens the body.
1 larger slightly sour apple
squeezed lemon juice from ½ lemon
a pinch of salt
a bit of olive oil
chopped parsley (optional)
Vegetables in this salad are raw, i.e. nothing is cooked and that is the reason why this salad is so healthy. Wash, peel and grate the vegetables. Put them in a dish, add the oil, salt and lemon juice and mix them all together. Prepare this salad shortly before serving and eat it by the end of the day, since it loses its vitamins and freshness over time.
